The Tragic Couple
A weekend project. I thought a lesbian version of the tragic couple would be kinda cool. This was done in Painter X. Still trying to experiment with new brushes and effects.

Genie Study
Started doodling someone for the Hunter to hunt. Trying to learn some new brushes in painter and just get back to basic shapes. Bill Sanchez's class is really starting to sink in now that I am on summer vacation. Can't wait to re-paint this one.

The Genie Hunter
A loose color study from reference. I am going to try and loosen up a bit more and try some more painterly, gestural strokes. I will repaint this one soon. I thought it would be cool to design a guy that hunts down genies and kills them.

Baako Noblewoman
A Baako noblewoman's scepter usually contains the burning remains of young voudun initiates. Inhaling these plumes of smoke is rumored to be what gives them their power and their beauty.
